Create Event

This module will allow admin users to create, manage, and publish events for different leagues and golf courses, with full control over visibility, timing, and participant engagement.

Access

Manage > Any Community > Events

You will be able to view your all created event cards, which you can edit or delete

Tap “Add New” to add a new event

Event Creation Form Fields

  • Event Name – Text field
  • Event Description – text field to include full event details
  • Event Date – Date picker
  • League Name – Searchable dropdown linked to “Leagues” sheet/database
  • Course Name – Searchable dropdown linked to “Golf Courses” sheet/database
  • RSVP Information – Text input (optional instructions, email, etc.)
  • Time From / Time To – Time pickers
  • Event Visibility – Conditional field based on community type
