This module will allow admin users to create, manage, and publish events for different leagues and golf courses, with full control over visibility, timing, and participant engagement.
Access
Manage > Any Community > Events
You will be able to view your all created event cards, which you can edit or delete
Tap “Add New” to add a new event

Event Creation Form Fields



- Event Name – Text field
- Event Description – text field to include full event details
- Event Date – Date picker
- League Name – Searchable dropdown linked to “Leagues” sheet/database
- Course Name – Searchable dropdown linked to “Golf Courses” sheet/database
- RSVP Information – Text input (optional instructions, email, etc.)
- Time From / Time To – Time pickers
- Event Visibility – Conditional field based on community type
