GolfGuiders allows users to personalize their notification experience through comprehensive settings that let you control which alerts you receive and how you’re notified.
How to Access Notification Settings
- Open the Sidebar Menu within the GolfGuiders app.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Tap on Notifications Settings to access all available notification preferences
Customization Options
Within Notification Settings, you can:
- Enable or Disable Specific Notifications:
Toggle notifications on or off for categories such as:- Friends
- Golf Buddy
- Chat
- Coach
- Comments, Likes, Shares
- Posts
- Control Notification Channels:
Choose how you want to be notified:- In-App Notifications: Alerts visible only within the app.
- Push Notifications: Alerts sent directly to your device even when the app is closed.
- Email: Alerts sent directly to your provided email address
- SMS: Alerts sent to your provided phone number (if existed)
